Advance Parole
Advance Parole is a temporary travel permit that authorizes certain immigrants to leave the United States and return legally without abandoning their immigration process. This benefit applies to people with temporary status, such as Status Adjustment, DACA or TPS. Approval depends on the main case and on proving valid reasons, such as humanitarian, educational or labor reasons, through adequate documentation presented to the corresponding immigration authorities and in force according to current applicable law.
