Removal of Conditions
The removal of conditions is the process by which a permanent resident with a card valid for two years requests the removal of the conditioning of their immigration status. This procedure must be submitted within the legal period prior to the expiration of conditional residence. Upon approval, the resident obtains a permanent residence card for ten years, without conditions, and continues his path towards full migratory stability.

People who applied for residence on the basis of a marriage and whose residence is valid for two years.
